in Charleston, Oregon.

January

April
May
June
July

December

("Suitable" means appropriate level of low tide between 6:30am and dusk.)

Remember:
  • Tide changes are progressions, not sudden jumps from one level to the next.
Waves can be somewhat irregular and "sneaker waves" can drive water far up
the beach even during the lowest tides.
  • Tide tables are predictions; the actual tide level may be affected by transient
weather conditions or other unforeseen factors.  Tides vary from place to place
and different tide tables for one location may list slightly different levels and
           times.
  • We recommend you begin your activity at least an hour before the predicted
           time of tide.
Shellfishing licenses are now required to clam (or crab) in Oregon.
